Account Registration & Eligibility
1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on pu9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2 Registration Process

3 One Account Policy
Each individual may register only one account on pu9. If we detect that a player holds multiple accounts โ whether under the same or different identities โ all associated accounts may be suspended, all balances may be voided, and any winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited without compensation.

Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may be suspended pending compliance.

7 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is เงณ500. pu9 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. 8 General Bonus Terms

15 Self-Exclusion

16 Closure by Player

Upon receiving a closure request, pu9 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
17 Closure by pu9
pu9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required period.
- A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent conduct, pu9 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation.
Liability & Dispute Resolution
18 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. pu9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
19 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, or account balance, you must contact pu9 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event. pu9 will investigate all disputes in good faith and will endeavour to provide a written response within five business days. The outcome of any game as recorded in pu9's server logs shall be considered definitive unless demonstrable technical error can be established.
20 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pu9's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. Amendments to These Terms
21 Right to Amend
